My Topic:
Resident registration number should not be collected on the Internet.

What I hope to learn from this source:
I want to find information about the alternative of resident registration number that it is proper to use the alternative. Also I want to get some information how to make and use it.

Notes:

1. object of utilization : an entire people (not duty, for who need it)
2. It consists of 13-digit number for unprescribed, people can change the number when they needed(5 times anually)
3. people can get the My-PIN number through the internet site or dong office.
4. We can use the number when we are issued membership card, talk to ARS, or book lental etc.
   

Final Thoughts:
I think this information shows difference between resident registeration number. Also If i use it for the alternative to resident registeraton number, I think I can support my opinion by asserting its advantages.

What is my current topic?
   - Topic: Resident registration number should not be collected on the Internet.

   - I think collecting resident registration number should be stopped. Already many of resident registration numbers are leaked to the world and its damages are big. We need to some solution and need to reinforce personal information protection policy. I think my essay will suggest some reasons why resident registration number should not be collected and a alternative one.

What are my guiding questions?

   - I think readers curious about If resident registration number not be collected on the Internet, then what can be alternative? I want to know how to use the alternative and difference compared with resident registration number.

What are my current thoughts?

   - I think resident registration number should not be collected on the Internet. There are too much danger of privacy. On the Internet, there are already much information about internet users. Data spill through the Interent is rampant. I want to persuade people to disagree with the use of resident registration number and want to inform advantages of the alternative.

What is the opposition?

   - There could be an idea that the alternative one is inefficient. Also the alterantive can cause social chaos because we have already used resident registration number. Therefore it is hard to change. Moreover money problem can be revealed.
