My Topic:
Resident registration number should not be collected on the Internet.

What I hope to learn from this source:
I want to find information about the alternative of resident registration number that it is proper to use the alternative. Also I want to get some information how to make and use it.

Notes:

1. object of utilization : an entire people (not duty, for who need it)
2. It consists of 13-digit number for unprescribed, people can change the number when they needed(5 times anually)
3. people can get the My-PIN number through the internet site or dong office.
4. We can use the number when we are issued membership card, talk to ARS, or book lental etc.
   

Final Thoughts:
I think this information shows difference between resident registeration number. Also If i use it for the alternative to resident registeraton number, I think I can support my opinion by asserting its advantages.
